Prov 7:22-23

22 All at once he follows her, as an ox goes to the slaughter,

or as a stag is caught fast 23 till an arrow pierces its liver; as a bird rushes into a snare; he does not know that it will cost him his life. ESV

-         Are you looking ahead? He gets into his mess because he doesn’t look ahead as we are told in Prov 22:3; Satan lays so many traps that would be in plain sight if we look up. Living for the moment is a very dangerous perspective. In the moment things are often distorted.
